Remote Position Commission-Based Canada (Virtual Hub) Contract / Freelance

About the Role

LMIA Express Inc. is expanding its virtual advisory team and seeking experienced Immigration Program Advisors to manage and guide clients through Canada's most complex immigration streams.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client immigration files (LMIA, Express Entry, PNP, Work Permits)
Provide accurate, up-to-date immigration program guidance
Prepare and review application packages for IRCC compliance
Maintain client relationships and follow-up on file progress
Stay current with IRCC policy changes and ESDC requirements

Requirements

RCIC designation or equivalent (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Experience with IRCC's online portal systems

Compensation

This is a commission-based remote position. Earnings are directly tied to the cases you manage and close. High performers enjoy uncapped income potential with full schedule flexibility.
